Everyone wants to be successful. 
But to be successful you must have an important thing, 
and that is motivation.

Motivation helps you to get started. 
Habit keeps you going.

After getting started we often face the problem of keep moving. Failure is inevitable on our journey to success. If we don’t have the motivation, we will be easily discouraged when we meet obstacles along the way.

The journey to achieve success may seems like a difficult one for people who are not motivated. But those who are motivated
 will have different perspective.

Motivation is very important -
it makes the difference between your success and failure.

We all have dreams and future goals that we want to achieve, but why is it so hard sometimes to get motivated day after day? For many people it is a tricky thing to get motivated to succeed, but if they take the right steps, success can be achieved.

To be very successful we need more than just motivation — we need to be able to motivate ourselves on our schedule.

A self motivated person can have better focus, he can be more creative, he can accomplish bigger goals  and to do many other things much better. Really self motivated people are passionate individuals and they are able to produce more quality work and to do whenever they need.

Thinking is great, but for things happen we must take action. 

  One of the biggest differences with people that reach their goals, successfully grow and expand themselves have one big difference - they consistently take action every single day.

For making action we need energy, but where does that energy come from? Inspiration is really powerful force, so we can say that  inspired action is the most powerful way to motivate yourself.

Getting motivated to succeed is difficult when you do not have a plan to help yourself to achieve goals. There are numerous things you can do for helping yourself to get motivated. I will give you a few tips, that will not only help you get motivated to succeed, but also will help to stay motivated!

  • Decide - first of all you must make a decision, then go and do it. If you waffle back and forth on things all the time, or if you can’t make up your mind, then you spend a lot of energy for nothing. Instead of wasting your energy just decide on something you really want and go to test it. 
Take action and test what you can achieve, test your results. Start taking action and test your path, learn and adapt along the way.

  • One goal only at one choosen time. The first step you should take in becoming self motivated is get to know what about you want to be motivated, because it is impossible to motivate yourself for something undefined. 
People who are trying to accomplish many things at one time truly drain their energy. Setting one goal at one time can really save energy, but for this people need to have enough clear goal. Those, who are doing one thing at a time, can focus more and conserve their energy. After completing one goal, there comes a sense of accomplishment  and it can be used as a motivational tool to go and finish the next goal. Imagine yourself having completed whatever your goal is - what does it look like? Is it what you really want? Is it what you need? If your goal does not excite you, then think about maybe it is not worth doing it, probably  you will not be motivated by it.

  • Find your path. To have an exciting goal is great thing, but actually to make it happen is more serious thing. If you have not any clue how you should accomplish your goal, then your motivation very easy can go out the window. If you want to be motivated then you need to define very clear and actionable path to accomplish your goal. Not important it must be detailed step by step from start to finish plan, but still you must have laid out the overall plan. Once you have such broad plan, now you can define your next steps in much more details and step by step you will continue process getting progressively closer and closer to your goal.

  • Reward yourself. Set achievable goal  and you will be excited when you reach it, because a reward will be waiting for you. This will encourage you quicker  to reach your goals. It is important to reward yourself, and the better you can imagine your reward, the more motivated you will become. Reward is a key component if you want to get motivated to succeed! You can easy loose your motivation if you are not rewarding yourself for achieving those small goals that finally will bring you to your dream goal. Your reward can be big or small, you decide what it can be. By rewarding yourself, you  give incentives to yourself daily, then weekly and monthly, and it helps you to keep motivated yourself to accomplish those mini "to do" lists and finally achieve your dreams!

  • Find some role models. Some people you admire can be used for to lift your spirit and clearer show what could be your possibilities. Just having some examples can inspire you to new higher levels. 
There always are chances that no matter what problem or challenge you get, someone already had it, someone already have been there where you got in and someone have done that. It can be not exactly the same situation, but still you can learn from similar experiences.

  • Ask for help. No, asking for help isn't sign of your weakness. It is very natural for people to ask for help when something is out of their capabilities. If there is someone who is able to assist you with whatever difficult task you have, it will significantly reduces your burden. In return, you can lend your own hand to those people who ask for help too. Helping others and getting help yourself is efective method for motivating yourself. It is good to know there are people who always come  to help: remember your friends, your family and your colleagues. Also, you can find a mentor.  There can be situations when it will be hard to stay focused on the path of your goals achieving, also it is enough easy to lose sight of what you want to achieve, what you are working towards to. Mentor will help you to prevent your giving up, your failure, as he can have advanced knowledge and expertise that can guide you along all the way. Mentor not only will coach you and motivate to ensure you succeed, but also mentor will share with you all he knows and it can improve your skills for the future.

  • Shift to the future. Looking to the past is a quick way for bringging yourself down. If you want to lift yourself up, you must switch to the future and envision all the great possibilities you can have. Imagine what is possible - this is where your hope springs from. Have a compelling vision and you will have something to go for. This will help you instead of pushing yourself to something to be literally pulled by it. The more compelling is your vision, the stronger  will be your motivation - it is like a magnet.

  • Identify your fears. Everyone has reasons for doing particular job or tasks, but we all also have accompanying some fears or reservations, and sometimes it prevents us from doing our tasks. The most common fear is a fear of failure, you also can have feeling that you may know not enough to do great your job, or you worry about what others think about about your accomplished task. What you must to do is identify your fears and learn to bold face it. You should not fear failure. There is no point why you should fear failure - as long as you are realistic with your expectations, you can achieve what you need and what you want. The key to your success is persistence - keep at your goal persistently and if it doesn’t work after that, you better move onto something else that fits to you more. It’s all about knowing when it worth keep going and when your business idea is just a lost cause.

  • Believe in yourself. Neither visualization or imagination can any good for you if you are not believing in yourself. Almost everyone of us have own goals and we are really excited about them, some of these goals have so big rewards that we are ready to give almost anything to get there. But not all goals are such, sometimes it feels like some goals are just our fantasies that will never happen, and if we look at them in such way our motivation will simply disappear. If we want to stay motivated to fullfill our dreams, then we have to believe in ourselves. We must believe that we can accomplish our goals, that we are able to do it.

  • Visualize your dreams. First of all you need to think about what you want to achieve in life. Include every your goal no matter how it is big or small. Next step is  visualize these goals achieved. Find somewhere and cut out pictures of your goals, put them where you could see them daily. Some people create so called dream board - they place such pictures together and make a board. It will make you motivated to see real pictures of your dreams each day. Also, create a compelling success images in your mind. See your success. Try to imagine it vividly and in colors: what you are doing, what are you wearing, where are you, how your body enjoys success you have? Make your success in your mind as real as possible, your expectancy will be even stronger and it will give a result - your actions will be even bigger. Visualize always what it needs to be done and what you must to do to get there before starting any new task. Imagining yourself completing every your step towards your goal, you will be able to accomplish even the most difficult tasks.

  • Track your progress. You should celebrate every step towards your goal. Can you imagine how it is motivating when you see your progress? Even if tyour progress is still too slow or difficult. Track your progress and it will help you to believe in yourself, it will increase your motivation levels. You will stop thinking that something can’t happen when you see how things are falling into right places. And if progress seems slow to you or even stopped, then you can try to track the different things you have learned. Learning and improvement are also very important steps on the path towards any of your goal, and you should also count them.

  • Push yourself. The people often have all needed skills and knowledge for their success, but they are not makeing enough effort, simply they are used to things are coming easily for them. In such situations, you must learn to push yourself towards your goal. 
It is great to remind yourself that the final result well worth your work, and try to challenge yourself to be better in everything what you do than you know you could be.

Remember that inspiration for different people means different things. What someone finds stimulating, other one may find little value at all. Look for what you are really interested in and find your own flash of creativity.
 
Even if you do not feel like it - do it anyways!

Winners are those who are going through all challenges and difficulties thanks to their motivation. And losers are those who can’t go through challenges and difficulties because they are lacking the necessary motivation. 
 

Count your winnings daily. 


 Be bold. Do all those things today that you think you could do when you will be more successful. Do not wait more, do it - in such way you will create the success you are striving for in your life and business. And remember, you will never be more successful than you expect you can be. Just greet every new day with true belief that good things will eventually happen to you.

If you have right motivation - you will naturally go deeper than many other people. While the majority of people are used to do only what is required of them, you go further than that. Obviously, in such way you are much more likely to succeed.

The journey to success is still long, but it’s something that you can enjoy. You can go through it and still have much fun. 

Difficult challenges always stay there, but your motivation can help you to overcome all your challenges successfully.

Reasons why we lose motivation

For gettin g to know your reasons you must first of all recognize the source of your motivation's lack. People often lack motivation because they do not know where and how to start, how to accomplish their goals, or they simply lack faith in themselves. No matter what is your  reason, you cannot let it would stop you in your journey. 

There are three most common reasons

 why we lose motivation:

    • Lack of confidence  - without belief you can't succeed,  so what is the point to try?
    • Lack of focus - without knowing what you really want, do you really want anything at all?
    • Lack of direction - without knowing what to do, how can you be motivated to do it?
    Sometimes you can talk about your problems with people you respect and trust. Voicing your concerns aloud can make it easier for you to overcome them,  move forward and start to make progress.
     
    It is true saying -  you can accomplish anything you put your mind to.

    This is not saying that reaching your goal will be easy. No, goal achieving task is usually a difficult one. The path to get there will of course be challenging, but your procrastination and excuses will make things only harder. So, learn how to stay motivated in order to be productive and successful.

    Even if you are going through the hell, still keep going.
