Network Marketing for me is job, it is not a hobby. If you want a hobby, then do something like coins collection  or go for fishing. 

For serious business minded people network marketing is not a hobby. Think about it as about business. 

Like about any other business, you must be serious about it, if you want to have any chance at all to succeed here.

Networking is all about being yourself, as authentic and  genuine person. It requires from you to build trust and relationships  with other networkers and your prospects. It requires from you to learn get to know people and help them. Network marketing is all about duplication.

 

 Before you start your networking business, better first figure out

 what you really want and manage it

As with any project, you will only move towards to your aim when you keep focused on that aim. If you think about ideal future, different from current, goal setting is a powerful process. Goal you need also to motivate yourself  for turning your future vision into reality. When you set goals, it helps to choose where you really want to go in life. When you figure out what you want to achieve, then you easy will understand where you must to concentrate your efforts. Work and never stop till the goal is reached.

No one can't achieve their career goals on their own. They have to create their way to success. You are there for them to give, not to get, you are there to help others and learn what other professionals are doing. Be helpful to others and you will be helped in return. Try provide to others as much value as you can. Always remember - the more value you create, the more will come back to you.
Focus all of your networking efforts on helping the people you contact. Network with the intention of helping other people, not yourself. People enjoy doing business with those that they trust and like. The only way to build that trust is to engage with others in a helpful way. Yes, trust takes a long time to build, but insincerity takes even longer to overcome.

 

Focus on building relationships

Networking is a give and take process that involves making connections and sharing information. Start by focusing on being friendly and helpful, because this is the best tactic you can use for building your network.

Simply spread information in a friendly and helpful way. You need to build your network, and it is the same as to build friends. Just try to show interest in what they are doing and always offer your friendly suggestions if you can. Connecting like minded people is a powerful to enhance your network.
 

Networking is more about listening to what people say than saying the right things. Take the time to listen to people. Only if you listen to who they are and what they do, you could provide something valuable to them.

 

 

Build trust and reputation

network_marketingBuilding trust is just essential for growing your strong business network. If there is lack of trust, you will never build successful business. Reputation is hard to earn, and without trust reputation will fall away. Focus first of all on your customer. And be transparent. Build your brand little by little, step by step. Try to communicate as every interaction with your customers, or still potential customers, is helping you to build base of trust. 

Don't forget to take advantage of social networking sites. Those sites are great way to express yourself that your customers could get to know you. Don't forget time from time update your profile and add relevant comments and hints to those who visit your pages. Brand building is an everyday task. 


 

Get into a business mindset

The reality is that such type of mindset can easy kill your venture before you even start. If you think so, most likely you will jump onto the next opportunity that comes your way. As a network marketer, you have to set specific goals for both: long term and short term success. You have focus your attention on true income generating activities, such as getting leads. You have to develop your skills and knowledge through training and education. If you want to succeed, you have focus on one opportunity at a time. You have to put as much passion, energy and work into your business as you do for the rest of your life.



Do teach. Don't sell

As I said before, networking is all about to build relationships with people who will be happy to tell others about who you are and what you do. In order to be a good teacher you actually have to be a good learner. You need to be continually improving and learning yourself. The power of duplication is so effective and very helpful to your success in NM, and learning leads to teaching. Be willing to learn from others, so you can teach others. You also want to teach others how to teach. When you teach them how to pass on what they learn to others, then the power of duplication continues on.

 

Find mentor

Most of us can benefit from having a mentor or sponsor at our back to teach, help and encourage us. But be careful, better choose mentor that you truly respect. Worst is just go for the famous or biggest name you can find, or one who promises a lot. The best mentoring relationship is two-way road. When you find someone who agrees to help you, make sure you give back. In conversations, ask your mentor questions about his or her career and life, and don't be afraid to give your point of view. You can learn a lot from these people as they spread the wisdom. Your mentor can also give you advises and tools you need to achieve similar to his results.

 

Target the right people

Your friends and family members most likely should not become your target even if it makes your MLM journey much more easy. If you notice they make every effort to avoid your pitch, you know you are going the wrong way. The key to find good qualified leads is research for them, get into the heads of your prospects to understand who they are, what solutions they need, and how you could help them. Your business opportunity should be their solution, it should solve their problem and helps to achieve their goals. Targeting  wrong people will get you nowhere very fast, so make your homework.

 

 

Position yourself as a leader

Your team should recognize you as their leader enough easy. You can not hang on the middle of the MLM ladder and expect that cash will pour into your pockets. You should constantly develop leadership culture within your business, and everyone from your team should play his or her part. When you position yourself as a leader, you gain significant advantage over your competitors. Your prospects will be searching for the industry leader who addresses their problems, and you sure want to be at the top of their list. 

 

 

Learn as much as you can

You will never know everything in this industry; times change and constantly become available new information and techniques. Keep in mind that you will not retain every bit of information you hear or read, so it never hurts to be exposed to it over and over again. A little more will stick and make sense every  time.



Create a schedule

It can be tempting to take the morning off, then a day and then a weekend... Since you are not purchasing an actual time clock, it’s tempting to be swayed away. You need to create a schedule and stick to it, just as if you were going to a job. If you are only doing this part time, write down what days and how long you’re going to devote. If this is a full time adventure for you, take time for lunch, but resist the urge to turn on the television.

 

 

Be a positive influence

Be positive. Use positive language. See the good in people. Be known as a really positive person. Keep your emotional criticisms about others and personal hangups to yourself.

Be tolerant. Be patient. Be calm and serene - especially when others become agitated. Be confident, positive and enthusiastic. But be cautious and do not let these your features would develop into audience's  pressure, or into a sense that you are trying too hard.
